  1. Access to the Application and the use of the Services provided through it is subject to the Privacy Policy below and to the Privacy Policy on miazone.com.  By accessing the Application and using the Services provided through it, you are deemed to have consented to this Privacy Policy, and in particular, you consider that you accept our use and disclosure of your personal information in the manner described therein. We reserve the right to amend the Privacy Policy from time to time. If you do not agree to any part of the Privacy Policy you must stop accessing the Application and from using the Services immediately.
  2. As part of the normal operations of our Services, we collect, use and sometimes disclose information about you to third parties. Accordingly, we have developed this Privacy Policy in order to help you understand how we collect, use, disclose and make use of your personal information when you use the Application Services:

Exchange & Return Policy

Since MiaZone offers intangible and tangible goods that can be returned in certain cases, it is not possible to refund the amounts paid when loading the goods. As a customer, it is your responsibility to understand this clause when you make a purchase.

However, we are aware that any exceptional circumstance can occur in relation to the products offered.

Therefore, we are honored to receive refund or exchange requests for the following reasons:

-Download problems: If you are having problems while loading the product. Claims related to these issues must be submitted to our technical support department within 24 hours of the problem occurring. In the event that you do not communicate with the technical support team within a maximum of 3 days of the occurrence of the issue, we may explain that the download of the product was successful, and the money cannot be refunded in the event that this occurs and may cause a decrease in the value of the refund if necessary.

-Major disadvantages: Although all products are thoroughly tested before release, unexpected errors may occur. These issues must be submitted to our technical support team. We reserve the right to correct the error or defect within 72 hours. If the deficiency or error is checked. The technical support team will work on repairing it immediately. If the team does not succeed in this within 72 hours from the date of the complaint letter submitted by the customer, the refund process will be made to the customer in full/or the product will be replaced of the same value if the customer so wishes; please be aware that the repair process may require the customer's assistance with some account-specific information so please help with this, and in case of non-response to the team may lead to not solving the problem in a timely manner, and this will result in you not qualifying to meet the conditions for a refund.  

-The product is not as shown in (sample): These issues should be reported to our technical support department within 24 hours of purchase. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the product purchased is not as described in the sample displayed in the online store. Complaints that are based solely on the customer's expectations or the wishes of the false are not taken into account. **There is a sample available on the site and application for each product displayed with accurate product descriptions**

Please give the technical support team 12-24 hours to get the responses.

Refund requests are accepted on info@Miazone.com within a period of 3 days after the application is submitted. Detailed reasons for obtaining a response must be attached to the application. Please ensure that your order does not conflict with the terms and conditions.
